My housemate spent a night there and, even if the place looks nice, it ended up in a disaster. She got attacked by bed bugs during the night and she is still traumatised while we are trying to help her with some specific medication (yes, she had to go to the hospital). I believe that sanitising should me mandatory when you have a business like this and what happened to my friend is terrible. Also, they didnt even offer a refund.

B&B is for Bed&Bugs and youre the Breakfast !!! After spending just one night in this B&B my face and body were covered in insect bites. I alerted the B&B management who advised me that this must simply be due to an allergic reaction to the duvet. However, after spending a further two nights I discovered yet more bites and was in such discomfort that I visited A&E where both doctors and nurses concluded, unambiguously, that the bites were due to BED BUGS I once again drew this to the attention of the B&B management, even showing them a note from my GP confirming the cause. Astonishingly, they continue to deny the obvious problem and have flatly refused to issue a refund. Ive effectively paid to be food for the bed bugs! Over one week later I'm still taking antihistamines and antibiotics, and the bites are still red, swollen and itchy. I haven't been able to go to work and don't even want to venture outside or socialise as my skin looks so bad! Stay here at your peril! This has been the worst stay in my entire life.
