        G4 SECURITY AND THE MANAGER VIOLATE PEOPLE RIGHT TO RECORD AND WONT SUPPLY DETAILS OF HOW TO GET RECORDING WHICH IS BREAKING THE LAW. LETS GET ALL THE AUDITORS THERE AND SHOW THEM WHO IS RIGHT. I would have just pushed past the g4s and then if they touched me I would react and protect myself and then sue.

        All due respect, but what a bunch of incompetent staff, including the manager. Staff need to get up to standards regarding law and dealing with the public.

        The G4S security guard named Sam was making inappropriate and mocking comments to a visitor. He was making comments such as "at least I have a job", "you must have a sad life" and other words to that effect. Someone like that shouldn't be working there in the first place.

        Automated voice system is a minefield (I just wanted some person to person advice) channeling questions towards social financial benefits, anything else the system goes into meltdown! Transferred (automatically ) to a "customer services advisor" held on x 30 minutes being advised to go on line ......then I gave up ! Oh well, thats another one they don't have to deal with and I wasn't even chasing up money!
