Speak as I find. Appalling service, held in a queue with music, waiting and waiting 45 mins comes and goes no one answered. The on line info is archaic, much of what is required could be simplified into digital forms. To think that staff get final salary pensions for providing this really poor service. No wonder the country's in such a mess.

I have a family who put in for probate in Oct last year, the registry have lost all the paperwork once and now refuse to fast track an already stressful situation. Still waiting for them to sort their mess out. Complete incompetence

I called the telephone number provided by search engine. Got through to Brighton probate office, so I knew I had correct number, but could not speak to anyone, as I did not have the extension number, so my call was cut off as there is no ability to leave a message. I just wanted some initial help and guidance to a way forward to getting probate. I have to say I was disappointed with my call being terminated.

Linda and Meg were lovely to deal with. Very helpful and friendly. My experience very positive. Cant thank them enough. Janet Matthews

Too understaffed to take phone calls. When the phone finally did manage to bypass the automatic message and ring through I heard someone pick up and cancel the call. What an absolute joke of an organisation, leaving people in limbo with no idea how many weeks or months it will take to progress their probate application. Bunch of jokers.
