My fianc purchased my engagement ring from here and it is beyond stunning. He said they were lovely from beginning to end of the process, they resized it same day for me and were extremely kind.

Customer service was AWFUL, so condescendent the tone and voice of the guy, also he knew I was bying the ring for my partner but he decided not look at me not even ONCE! He was explaining everything to my brother who was helpling me also I didn't have the exact measurement of the finger but he said he couldn't help me if I don't have the literally exact (even the milimeters) size of the finger, so bad luck. Something that I should be enjoying it turned out to be a bad experience

Customer care and service was terrible, workers in the store do not care about you once youve purchased from them they wont take responsibility for any damaged goods, they will act like theyve never served you instead. I got given a silver bracelet as a gift before I went instore to remove my links I had called to ask if they was open and if they would replace the links and maybe do a exchange if I found anything else I wanted instead he said yes I asked him do you need any proof of purchase he says NO. I get to the store and they deny ever having the item when Ive clearly brought it from them , the man called me a lier and said I never asked him. And on top of that he mumbled as if I was trying to mug him off all he had to do was be nice and explain to me the issue. I wouldnt even be writing this review if the owner or whoever was on the phone wasnt so rude to me and the fact there not honest is again another reason why Ill tell everyone to stay away from this place. FYI: Just Because a customer is dressed a certain way doesnt mean they should be treated any differently. Disgusting behaviour
