Avoid like the plague. Staff are rude, useless and no idea how customer service works. First of all 1 staff member on the till with at least 8 people queuing. When the second staff member comes along, is rude and shouts at customer advising queuing the wrong way. There are no signs up or queue polls up and no staff helping. Both of the staff in there are beyond useless (severe training is required) the products are well over priced. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

I found what I was looking for but the three staff members stood behind the cash desk chatting didnt have any interest in helping or conversing with customers. One poor lady had asked for help and instead of being walked to the section she was looking for, the team member just pointed to whereabouts it was in the shop and then carried on chatting to her colleagues. Shortly after this, the customer left without making a purchase. As a Retail Manager of over ten years, the lack of customer care was so disappointing to witness. I thought I may have just caught them on a bad day, but after reading the other reviews, it seems this is a common theme.

Cards are great, staff always seem to be put out about serving customers. Never feel welcome
