Awful awful awful. I purchased a pigeon decoy lamp for 125 when it arrived i was gobsmacked at how cheap the quality was. It was basically a broken plastic toy pigeon. Something you'd pick up at the market for 10. I emailed them to tell them I was disappointed and to try and send it back - but nobody ever got back to me. Not surprised really considering that tat they sell.

Ordered an item for next day delivery on a Thursday before their 1pm cut off (paid 6.95). I emailed on the Saturday to track it down and Lucy offered me 3 odd back on the delivery fee). The item didnt arrive until Tuesday afternoon so had to buy a new gift in the meantime as I had an event to attend on the Sunday. Ive tried to return it but Lucy is insistent that I should cover the cost even though they didnt remotely honour their delivery period. I bought something else from another seller on the same day on normal delivery which arrived on the Saturday. Disgusting customer service.

Avoid. Ordered on the 13th December 2022 and still to date (9th Jan 2023) haven't had anything. Asked for tracking, didn't get any. Asked for an update and they don't have it in stock but said it was on the way to me...? Asked for a refund now but probably won't get one.

Ordered an item and was contacted straight away to advise it was out of stock and due within the next 10 days to them. Was asked if I wanted a refund or happy to wait. In no rush for this item so was happy to wait. Communication was great and prompt.
