Weve just taken delivery of our beautiful 2.7x1 metre French walnut table which we love. The finish and build quality is amazing and goes so well with the walnut chairs that sit round it. Jude and Jon at Handmade in Brighton have done an excellent job for us and even managed to exactly match the colour of the legs with the RAL colour of the sliding doors in the area where it stands. They were very happy for me go and see the wood on site near Brighton before it was made into the table so we could decide exactly how to position the slabs together once I had chosen them from photos they sent me. They offer personal after care service and deliver the table themselves too which is great. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jude & Jonathan when we approached Handmade in Brighton to design a kitchen table for us. From the very start Jude was very hands on & talked us through the process & helped us choose a lovely piece of Scottish Elm that was transformed into an amazing centrepiece for our kitchen. Everything was designed to our specifications including the most amazing iron bridge legs which were also handmade. When the table was delivered it was by Jude & Jonathan who installed it & talked us through how to care for our new table. Their passion for the products they create was obvious & they exceeded our expectations with the table. We now have a stunning table for life. Thanks Jude & Jonathan!! We love Handmade in Brighton. We ordered a dining room table and enjoyed each stage of the process: choosing the wood, the base and then updates as it was made. Delivery was professional and charming, and now we love the table every day at every meal. It's a unique and beautiful item, and the source of constant compliments from our friends.
