        Amazing service and care to both my late father and myself. Staff gave comfort at a really difficult time. Attention to detail was incredible. Aftercare has been outstanding. Every member of staff I encountered was friendly, respectful and kind. No request was too much. I cannot thank Rebecca enough for her care and compassion.

        Grosvenor made sure that my brothers funeral was held with the upmost respect and kindness. All of the staff from Nicky in the office to James, the funeral director on the day, and his team couldn't have treated us all with more respect. Thank you so much
