At the worst time in your life it is a comfort to have such friendly, kind, caring and efficient support from Michael and the staff at Jefferies.We would highly recommend their services to everyone. The funeral itself ran so smoothly and they were on hand to assist. I can't recommend Chris, Maria and their amazing team highly enough. With their really personal, friendly, caring and understanding manner they helped guide us through what was a devastating time for us all. Chris or Maria would always be there available to answer any questions, and all our wishes and requests were met. It was extremely reassuring and comforting to know and see that everything was taken care of so beautifully both before and on the day of the funeral. We were in the best of hands and will be forever grateful for that.

Maria and Chris went above and beyond for us. They took really good care of my granddad and treated him with dignity and respect as well as genuine care. Towards us as family, they had great patience and understanding and nothing was too much trouble even down to looking at old records to get the funeral as close as possible to his wifes (as this is what he wanted) they managed to get it for the same time at the same crematorium. They also put us in touch with a wonderful celebrate Lisa Lurring. Could not recommend them enough. Thank you Maria and Chris.
