We cant thank Chris, Lisa and Tracy enough for all their support and kindness. Arranging Dads funeral felt like a daunting task, but they guided us through the process with care, professionalism and expertise. They were so kind, thoughtful and empathetic throughout the planning stages and on the day itself. The funeral was absolutely perfect - they listened to our needs and exceeded all of our expectations. Were so grateful we picked Attree & Kent - they are an absolutely amazing team and well always be grateful to them for their help navigating through this difficult time. Tracy, Lisa and Chris were absolutely fantastic throughout my whole experience. I lost my partner David and I chose them because they were close to his home. Im very glad I did. I always felt comfortable. They communicated everything very well and were compassionate and considerate to my needs. They are extremely professional whilst being very caring. From the very first contact we were treated with respect, professionalism and care. Chris and his team took us through the whole process, gave valuable advice, and were there for our family at every step of the way. Lisa and Tracey were so patient with my many questions and emails. I had full confidence that the service would go without any problems and they didn't let us down. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone needing to plan a funeral.

Chris, Tracy and Lisa enabled us to have exactly the dignified funeral both we and our mother wanted. Everything was explained clearly, with our preferences documented promptly after our initial meeting with Lisa, and as the detail of the funeral developed. Attree and Kent are 100% professional - and lovely people to deal with. I was particularly touched by Chris's response to our late request that the service be broadcast live - to ensure it happened he walked round to the church to speak to someone to ensure this would happen (I called him as he was on his way). Chris, Tracy, Lisa and Sean at Attree & Kent are an exceptionally empathetic and professional team. I was anxious that everything would be as perfect as it could be for my Mother's funeral and they certainly ensured that was achieved. From the first meeting to the day itself I was kept fully informed of what was happening. The level of support was first class and they handled every aspect of the funeral thoughtfully and professionally which was very reassuring. Thank you team.
