I contacted Jayne a month before my wedding to ask for bouquets and button holes. Even though I was really last minute Jayne and the team were super helpful and booked an appointment with me straight away. I had a very vague idea of what I wanted but Jayne has an extensive portfolio and knowledge of flowers and was able to produce the most beautiful bouquets for our special day. Couldn't recommend Jayne and her team enough.

If I could give this business 10 stars I would. Customer service and value for money are not just about offering a product for a price and then delivering. Its about going the extra mile. As far as i can see there are over 15 companies delivering flowers in Brighton. I will never use anyone but Miss Mole again! A friend of mine is currently feeling rather unwell at home in Brighton and I am 150 miles away. I wanted to not only send my friend some nice flowers but also a little care package that I knew wold make her smile. I phoned several local florists, none of which even answered and then saw Miss Moles. I called and Jane the owner answered. I told her I wanted a delviery and she informed me the driver had finished for the day. I then explained my plight and said I needed some additional items purchasing from the local shops to be delivered with the flowers. Jane came to the rescue and not only agreed to go out of her way to do this for me also refused to accept the amount I had offered her to purchase and deliver the items. She said it was too much! I dont think many companies would have refused the additional fee, especially as everyone is currently being squeezed with costs! Jane however is as honest as they come! If there were more people like Jane in the world it would be a much nicer place to live. Next time I am down in Brghton visiting I will make sure to pop in and say thank you! Not all heros wear capes, some deliver flowers......
