Lovely local florist. I've popped in for a couple of bouquets recently and both have been gorgeous. Thank you.

I received a bouquet of flowers as a gift and on the day of delivery, I emailed the shop, with a photo, to say one of the flowers was dead on arrival. Many others were also past their best, including a Chinese lantern stem that was damaged and hanging down. The shop apologised and arranged for a few extra flowers to be delivered as a gesture. When they arrived the following day, I invited the delivery lady in (she was from the shop) to show her how poor my flowers were - by this stage, day 2, two more were dead, a freesia had dried up, the Chinese lantern was badly hanging down and 1 rose was discoloured brown at the base, with not long to last. This was day 2. The woman said the flowers were delicate but apologised and took the 4 dead ones back to show to the proprietor. I feel sorry for my children whose gift this was, as I'm sure it wasn't cheap. My advice would be to shop elsewhere in future.

Lovely florist and the lady very helpful and if you want a certain color combination she can do it.. has we got a spray for our nephew funeral and she doing the colours of brighton&hove seagulls xxx she a lovely lady and a wonderful florist would definitely recommend xx
