        Absolutely horrendous experience on the Phone to them trying to cancel my Dads Insurance to them when He assumed He was with Hastings Direct. They were unhelpful and put the Phone down many times. Do not go with them because You will get treated and harassed horrendously.

        Appalling company out to rip people off. I got insruance through Lancaster on a classic car and they financed it. On the first payment they decided to take the direct debit 2 weeks earlier than arranged . I missed the payment for 12 and they want to charge 30 for missing it, making it 43 for the payment, which is almost half the cost of the insurance total. I cancelled it obviously and advised Lancaster to change finance options as I am not using them again until it changes. Close down Brothers as you are not very good or very nice. Plus phone lines are always down and I haven't been able to get through to them at all. Even Lancaster couldn't get through to complain
