I work in retail and I would never speak to my customers the way the supervisor spoke to me and my colleague today. My colleague who is 17 years old on her break got the regular size with 1 topping and she felt the chicken wasn't cooked properly and as we all know if chicken or meat isn't cooked properly you could get food poisoning. She asked me to go back there with her and ask for a refund or exchange. As today is a Bank Holiday Monday they were busy and the supervisor said they don't have a refund policy (which I find hard to believe) then she said "my manager said not to give refund" so my colleague said "OK can we exchange" the supervisor said yes but then made her pay again and said I'm not going to give you free food and was really rude and made mean facial expressions and was shouting at my 17 year old colleague who nearly started crying cause of her behaviour. Such bad customers service. Never buying from there again.
