I have never had such a smooth, professional and reliable service from a trades person before. From the moment I called for a quote to have a smart heating control system fitted (and old system decommissioned) with some electrical sockets relocated, I would say the service I received was perfect. The person on the phone who made my booking was friendly, polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I then received text updates that the estimate appointment was booked, then a reminder of the appointment and a notification that Mr Cobb was on his way. Mr Cobb arrived on time and couldn't have be more polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He said he would get a quote to me within two days, and he did as he said he would. Again the process of booking the work to be completed with the reminders and punctuality being perfect again. Mr Cobb carried out the work in a respectful manner and did exactly as was quoted. He explained what he was upto during the work and kept checking how we would like things to be done when there were some choices. He was also very friendly to my two young children who took great interest into what was going on. I really am very surprised at how perfect this whole experience was and I would say all trades people should take a page out Cobb Electrical Ltd's book, as they could certainly learn a thing or two at how to do a job properly. i am delighted with the service I've received from Cobb Electrical Limited. This was a very special job, in that I'd installed a quality Garden Room, designed for me. Darren gave me his quote, explained what he would do, explained everything. When the work was underway, I could tell the two electricians were the best. the result is amazing! I was consulted about the practical and aesthetic details. The garden room has become ever more special for me. Expertise and respect for the customer and her environment couldn't have been better. I recommend this company for electrical work, great and small. Having had a long life, I've never known better. Thank you for so perfectly completing a project I've held dear for a long time.
