Initially good work on a very big job with no problem then acted exactly as in the other online reviews. He took 190 for supplies and then gave every excuse to not do the job or refund and it was very, very difficult to get the money back. Many of my colleagues had to get involved to help. He said he would also give some money as compensation to my tenant who had been without a cooker for weeks due to him messing about (I said 50 which isnt unreasonable) but of course he didnt. Also recommended to me by an estate agent as someone else has mentioned.
