My first buy to let property and i randomly chose Jon and his company to do the work i needed done. What a result from start to finish . Punctual from coming to quote until completion of job. Curtious and informative as i didn't have a clue about what i needed or didn't need . Could have put his arm in but actually saved me a fortune with good advice and quality work . Also patient as I'm sure i was quite difficult at times with my numerous 'add ons' which he did with a smile and good humour. Also a couple of call backs for minor hiccups (due to age of building not their work) and they responded swiftly and professionally. Jon and the team recently helped us out on various rental properties by doing some reports and testing. They carried out some remedial works afterwards to the 18th edition wiring regulations and it was of superb quality. We will definitely be using their services in the future.

The estate agents finding tenants for my property sent this company to do the EICR check and the electrician passed it but when the new tenants moved in, there were problems with switches and sockets. Jon said the check takes 2-3 hours but his electrician was there 20-30 minutes. Jon ignored my attempts to communicate with him until I told the estate agents I would write a poor review here. After that, he was still evasive, arrogant, rude and full of excuses. He said he would revisit so my tenant stayed in on the day allocated but no one turned up. Harrowing, frustrating and ultimately disgusting!
