"Dan, I just wanted to say thank you for the great job your guys did today.
Jamie and Aaron (didnt quite catch the name?) arrived on time, were courteous, professional, knowledgable and helpful.
From offering to take their shoes off when they arrived, to checking I was happy that the cat had wandered into the back garden (Id asked them to keep an eye that she didnt bolt out of the front door!) they were exactly the sort of people I like doing business with, and am very happy to have in my home.
The work they did was carried out efficiently, tidily, and effectively.
