        I took here 4 blazers to dry clean. 3 out of 4 came out decently, but one, a pretty expensive garment, was completely ruined. The blazer's soft wool/cotton fabric completely lost softness and became hard and stiff. The blazer itself shrunk of a couple centimetres. I went there personally to check what happened and they took my details. Now it has been 2 weeks and noone ever called to provide an explanation, offer a refund, or say sorry. Careless, unprofessional. So here's your 1 star, you deserve it all. Service: Dry cleaning
