I have only put one star as it does not give the option for none....why ?...Read the other reviews on the same rating...my finger is to sore from trying to ring the surgery two days ago...

Ive honestly only ever had good experiences at this surgery (bar one particular Dr about three years ago, who I just didnt get in with) I just called the surgery now- friendly, efficient receptionist, on hold for about two mins, phone appointment with a GP this morning. I mean, cant really ask for more that that. For seven years, the nurses for blood tests have always been amazing, Drs have generally been great. So sorry that this hasnt been everyones experiences, but it has been mine.

If I could give no stars I would Absolutely a ridiculous GP surgery. I explained that I dont receive calls from the surgery so requested a face to face appointment but was refused. So was given a video call appointment for myself and my daughter for 9:30pm its been over an hour from the first appointment and Ive had nothing. When on the phone to them this morning I was told if I want face to face to go to the walk in centre, guess I know where Ill be after work now.

The very worst GP surgery I have ever had. Every GP surgery that I visited before has printed out blood test results when I requested them. I have asked other GP surgeries in Brighton. They also give patients a copy of their blood test results on request. Some charge a small amount for printing them out which wouldn't be a problem. The results legally belong to us. How can patients learn to feel empowered without having access to their personal records. I am also a health professional and know how to interpret results. What is the rational behind withholding a patient's health record? I am definitely ready to leave that GP practice.
