The Haven Practice

The Tate sisters are two of the most nasty and uncaring people I have ever had the misfortune to have to share a room with. I would sooner die than set foot in their practice again. Such a shame as Dermot and Dr Bidwell were such great doctors.

Dr Tate is terrible, rude, uninterested and makes you feel like you shouldnt be there. Not at all what you want from a doctor! Cant believe the practice have stuck with her.

This practice is a risk to your health. It does not keep your medical records secure and allows medical records to be edited by non-medical staff. I am a patient at this surgery and would NOT recommend it to anyone. If your medical record is NOT correct you may be given bad treatment.

Very helpful, professional and well mannered reception staff. Yvonne (HCA) is very competent and helpful. She has a lovely, easy going manner that puts you at ease. She explains things very well and doesn't lecture. Yesterday I had an urgent problem when I tripped and fell, cutting my mouth that required stitches. The receptionist made me an appointment and Dr Biddulph was on duty. He was so kind and caring in his manner and although I eventually needed treating in A/E he was reassuring and helpful.

I have been with this surgery for 27 years and I have just about had enough of the lack of compassion and empathy from Larrisa Tate she really doesnt care about your issues and makes it blindly obvious that she is trying to get you off the phone. The reception staff are lovely and I will be sad to leave them however I cant and wont deal with an doctor who doesnt care.
