Receptionist Megan is very rude, unaccommodating and completely lack of interest when speaking to patient. She even hang up the phone twice and refused to give her name until I called again and recognised her voice. Otherwise, doctors are always very helpful, understanding and accomodating. 5 the doctors.

I've been with this surgery for years and I can't believe the way I've been treated. They are so disorganised, maybe they are understaffed recently I don't know, but the treatment is insane. About 7 months ago I moved and surgery staff members were made completely aware over the phone as well as messages, I was told it would not be an issue, over 7 months ago. Today I called to ask about a prescription, for the person on the phone to say that I am not registered with them. They unregistered me without even notifying me, I can't believe it. Even after I was suddenly told a few days ago that I can't be registered with them cause of my address, (which has never been an issue and makes 0 sense) I was told I would have 30 days to find a new surgery. I now need antibiotics and have no surgery to go to. Do yourself a favor and DON'T REGISTER with this surgery. I can't believe it, deeply disappointed and upset.

Terrible discrimination from a GP Surgery. They are opening themselves up for a civil case against them because they refuse to allow patients inside without masks when medically exempt.
