        Can never get the surgery on the telephone. E consult mostly switched off. Really frustrating.

        absolute disgrace of a doctors, you can never get an appointment, rude receptionists, had multiple sessions randomly cancelled with no correspondence or reason given, once had a meeting at 10 am and they rang at 11 am the next day

        I have been with this surgery many years and have seen the ups and downs, but in recent years I can say I've received an excellent service from them, and the receptionists are lovely. I also always bear in mind that the NHS is grossly underfunded, and these doctors and nurses work in difficult circumstances, so I am patient when I contact them
