Completely useless when you need them - Doctor never available even when I had a broken leg diagnosed by A&E and needed the GP to progress the paperwork - went private in the end else I'd probably lose a leg of I wait for them

The most useless online system ever. You can't even login. It automatically logs you off again. I called their help desk and sent email a couple of times. They said they can't do anything. GP doesn't wanna see me, he keeps referring me back to nurse. They say I have nothing wrong. So I am living with my ear infection and hoping that it will go away on its own. I am shocked with the heath system in one of the "so called" great countries in the world!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The worst doctors surgery Ive ever used. Doctors are rude and belittle you and also make promises for timelines they dont honour / let you know if they need to delay. It is an absolute nightmare trying to get through to anyone and very complicated and difficult processes. Please I cannot recommend enough to find a different surgery.
