I am very grateful for the service provided by the receptionist Ruth, very friendly, kind, polite, very understanding. She gave me all the support I needed. Thanks a lot for your help and patience.

My experiences have been really positive lately. I've never had a problem getting an appointment on the day, the reception staff are really friendly, and the nurse practitioners have given me amazing care on numerous occasions. I'm very happy with the care I receive from the practice.

Very disgusting all I wanted was a call back from a doctor or home visit to check my elderly dad is ok very disgusting not a fan of this surgery this is why the a&e is under pressure because all you get told is we havent got any more appointments ring nhs 111 seriously they need to sort this situation out enough is enough !!!!!

I was told i would get a call back, didn't happened. Rung the next day and said there was no call back booked. NHS is going private people!

This is the worst medical Centre on gods earth. The receptionists are absolutely useless and the doctors are much better
