I am so grateful to the midwifery team for their warm, friendly and professional help. The team were incredibly supportive and followed up after our appointments to ensure we were doing well. They were easy to contact and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend coming here!

The midwives and reception team are really helpful and Ive not had to call much but when I do, I get through to speak to someone quickly and come off the phone feeling more confident and in the knowledge that someone will come back to me promptly if needed, or with my query resolved there and then. A breath of fresh air at a time when it feels like the GP surgery dont have time for anyone! Always a reassuring voice at the end of the phone in my experience, so thank you - it makes a big difference to a first time mum-to-be! :)

Midwives are fantastic but as others have said, it's impossible to get through on the phone line. It just rings out. It's really not reassuring when you have a concern and can't speak to anyone. I went to this same clinic three years ago and didn't have this problem at all - reception was great - so can only assume it's because it's become a 'hub' and not enough staff.

Never available on the phone, not follow up really since there is a different midwife every appointment, very disappointing

Never ever answer their phone. Tell you to ring and leave a message but there isn't an answering machine! There's already so much stressors associated with having a baby during a pandemic - unresponsive midwives are the last thing any anxious mum needs.
