        I have felt so supported and cared for by all the staff at this lovely practise. They work unbelievable hard in a currently extremely stressful industry and they do it professionally and with compassion. They deserve all the respect. Special thanks to the lovely Adie, who not only listened and was kind, but also promptly ensured I got the call backs or medication when I needed. Youre all amazing. And youre so appreciated.

        Have always been fine with vaccine appointments, asthma checks etc. Never once have I managed to get a prescription to the chemist from them without a problem, though. This week I went to pick up a prescription and the chemist informed me that there have been no prescriptions sent from this surgery for over a week. The phone is constantly engaged. What's going on?
