        Worst Customer Service Ive ever received which was really disconcerting. Was waiting a week for an appointment as I completely lost my hearing (Im only 19) phoned to confirm the time, no record of an appointment all because of no room number. Really unhelpful and frankly more irritating than completely losing your hearing if you can believe that. Just look inside my ears!!!
