This doctors surgery is awful. The receptionists are extremely unhelpful and rude, and equally there are never appointments available. The surgery is closed half the week and it's just overall an awful surgery. Do not recommend.

Extremely rude, unhelpful and uneducated receptionist. It is your job to help people, yet it would seem far too much effort to even book an appointment, clearly unhappy in your job. The patronising way you speak to patients is disgusting and a formal, medical complaint will be made.
