        Excellent GP care. Dr Jarvis listened to my health issues and gave support and advice as well as arranging on going tests and care.

        Phoned up for results for my son and they can't give them to me because he is 15 and is over age ridiculous service and I will be leaving the surgery.

        Honestly Didn't get to see a doctor face to face for 3 months until there was a slot available but only because it was about my medication. They are usually booked 2 weeks at a time meaning most can't book an appointment or to actually see a doctor face to face because they only want to do phone calls now. Honestly not helpful since the first time I see a doctor about my meds she messed them up and didnt sign for them properly or give me my full prescription. Also their phone lines are always down or they hang up on you so you have to go in to actually book an appointment which they end up telling you to come back the next day to be turned away again and told the same over and over again.
