Profile plus Aesthetics

I have done my eyebrows in December and, even after the top up the color is faded and grey, the difference with before is too slight and doesnt worth it, when I contacted seeking for help the answer was sending me the picture before the treatment showing the minimal improvement but, at my question if possible do something else because the result it is not satisfactorysuddenly silence. Today was the first time of me using profile plus and I couldn't be any happier. Emily is really welcoming, friendly, easy to talk to and makes you feel at ease throughout your appointment. Emily is professional and talks through the process with you as well as giving amazing aftercare advice. Had eyeliner and brows done. Eyeliner too thin so emily did smoky eye. Was super happy at first but the ends werent pointed, matching or symetrical. Went for 3 touch ups but still the same. Eyeliner has now faded to blye/grey. Not a good look at all and its roughly 1 year or less since they were done. Inbetween touch ups of eyeliner, i had my brows microbladed. After 1st visit they were blue/grey. Had top up and they were warmed up. After 2nd top up, none if the hairstrokes were complete. They were all scratched on rather than a full hairstroke. They were also bitty and just a mess in all fairness. I went for a 2nd opinion and tge person said they werent good at all. She suggested letting them fade for 6 months. I went back to emily who suggested doing them for a third time. I said i didnt think this should be done but she said this would be ok. 3rd time done. Still a mess. She wanted to do the eyeliner again and eyebrows for a fourth time. I said i was apprehensive about doing them for a fourth time. She said it woukd be ok. I said no i wasnt sure and i would get the eyeliner sorted by someone else as she hadnt managed to sort them after 3 or 4 times. I said i wanted a refund for the brows as they were awful. She said she would give me 90 back as i did have eyebrows so to speak and eyeliner and that i was not happy and she had gone over them even though they werent right. She said i could have them gone over a fourth time or to visit in 6 months for another try. After getting home i decided to message to say she could go over them for a fourth time and i would be happy that if they came out well rlght, i would return the 90 she gave me. She never replied. I gave her multiple opportunities to correct the mistakes she had made and she didnt manage that. I gave her a picture of fluffy brows and said thats how i wanted my brows to look. They look nothing like and look a bit of a mess in my opinion. The eyeliner is still bluey grey and am having to pay more to get it sorted. Im suprised she made such a mess of botg eyeliner and brows given the 5 star reviews she has so this leads me to wonder how genuine the 5 star reviews really are
