Norfolk Square Dental Practice, Brighton Denplan Dentist

Bad experience with a young male dentist who I think has recently joined this practice. He forgot my appointment and kept me waiting for 30 mins, was casual and dismissive to the point of rude and called me by the wrong name! I think the rest of the team are pretty good judging by other reviews but he really is not. Update: I had a lovely follow up call from the head of practice so all is forgiven!

They just take your money and doing nothing. Looks like they dont know what they doing. Had a crown fitted incorrectly. After 3 months crown fell out. And now i need extract my teeth. I paid for root canal treatment. I paid for crown. Everything was useless and doesnt work. I do not recommend this dental practise,avoid.

My mum loves this practice she's always praising the staff. She's often nervous but the physicians, nurses etc often make her feel more relaxed. She also complimented someone called Emily today saying she always greets her a warm welcome, a nice big smile and really makes her feel comfortable. If I didn't already have a dentist then I'd join here for sure Thanks to all of you for looking after my mum.

Such a fantastic dental practice. My experiences with both the dentist and the hygienist were fantastic! I was very worried as the previous dentist I went to caused me a lot of pain, but this one is very gentle! Prices are not bad considering competition and that no practices are taking on NHS patients. Thank you!!
