SmileWorks Dental and Orthodontic Clinic

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience ive ever had. From the first day I visited this office Ive felt as though Ive been cared for and treated like family. Im extremely grateful for Dr. Simon, Karin, Sophie, Christie, and Charlotte. Throughout the two years of my braces journey, they have been supportive, patient, and forthcoming. Dr. Simons work speaks for itself. He is a true artist and always patiently listens to my concerns. Karin makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk through the door. Professional, courteous, and supportive staff. Highly recommend!

All happy when you are paying them regularly after that its Everyman for themselves cant be bothered to reply to emails or voicemails to resolve issues I honestly give up with this place. (Probably will get the email was in the spam folder reply from them so they didnt see it or they couldnt get through to my number) Teeth shifted and the retainer made last time I came up did not fit properly hygienist even noted this on the system. No effort to resolve this now teeth have shifted wasted over 5k for nothing. Only plus side to this clinic is location this is close to Brighton so when you are depressed with the service here there is many pubs/bars to accommodate you.
