Rude, indifferent staff. Too expensive. Always out of stock on fresh food. Think of it more like an off licence and a cramped one at that. Hygiene is questionable. Avoid if you can. It is cheaper to shop at the marks and Spencer and 103 times more pleasant and with more choice

I tried to stop a shop lifter stealing as there is no guard here, for my trouble Ive got a damaged shoulder. The poor staff at the shop said coop wont pay for a security guard and this is happening DAILY. Even though apparently customers are being assaulted. Of course coop doesnt care, it would rather its staff and customers err threatened rather than pay for a security guard. They have the security footage. The guy who was thriving and who assaulted me is in the pictures.

Delivery driver extremely rude and ignorant.. parking in the customer parking bay and half on the bike lane. Witnessed the Delivery man verbally abusing an old lady and her grand-daughter
