Sold me a weekly bus pass that I found was out of date and they refused to give me a refund.never use it again.

Horrible experience. The worker in the late shift is disgusting, the way that he talk to people is horrible. I point that worker because he made me not going more to that shop but the rest of the workers are VERY bad as well. I have never been in a place with that poor customer service, seems like they are making you a favour for selling you something or send your parcel. Wont go again - thousand of off licences around with better workers.

Shop owner lies about being closed when I want to go and pick up a parcel I know this cause the yodel delivery driver said the shop was closed couldn't collect my parcel Yesterday he was in shop was not closed But he refused to pick up my parcel from yodel shop owner don't care about customs service only his selfish attitude to click collect parcels from anyone. shop owner said I work from myself not yodel delivery service what a rude person !!
