Refused to serve me indoors because I have a asthma which causes shortness of breath and a dangerous, sometimes life threatening reduction in oxygen saturations when I wear a face mask. I am legally exempt. You cannot ask people to wait to be served outside in the cold because they have a disability. If I was of some other minority and you asked me to wait outside to be served for that matter, the police would be straight round. I walked off and will never attend the shop again. Nobody chooses to have a debilitating breathing pattern disorder which makes it difficult to have a piece of cloth covering their respiratory tract. I do ask myself what is the point in being fully vaccinated if I still get treated like a second class citizen? There is nothing to excuse this, so the owner neednt bother inviting me for a chat or tell me that he will review the CCTV, as he has in response to other peoples reviews, I wont attempt to be served here again. Ill walk a mile round trip to go to that late night shop by Old Steine if I need to. Never had any mask problems there at all.

Keith the owner is miserable and rude each and every time me or my partner shop in here. He gives the impression that he'd rather us shop elsewhere as having customers is obviously inconvenient for him. All other staff are great, particularly James.
