        Overpriced. Wanted carbon copy paper - too expensive. I was here yesterday too looking for craft knives but staff were unhelpful. I went elsewhere.

        I had a problem with a DHL parcel label. I want to thank the member of the floor staff who helped me, he really made an effort to get it sorted.

        I needed to use their DHL Express Service but had no prior experience with sending international parcels. The staff guy was so helpful!

        This is unfortunately our local one. Wish we had an alternative book store to this place as the staff ( especially the young guy at the till ) are quite rude and unhelpful. They like ignoring people here. I have never heard them use please or thank you at the till. Hoping that they are not discriminating people.
