        Collect+ point, bad communication between collect+ and the store, have notified that they are running on opening times 7-21, yet went to collect a parcel today at 5pm, and they were just closing as I rocked up, excellent service towards Christmas

        Absolute rudest lady who works here. She ignores me then claims the till I'm standing at is closed. When I know I need to be at that till to get my bar code scanned for parcel collection. The 2 tills are 1m apart so was just ridiculous.
