I am a regular customer and my experience at Best One Convenience Store is always positive! The staff always go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. The product selection is great and I always find what I am looking for. Definitely recommend this shop.

This owner charged me 2 more for a product that is 20 every where else. Seems to make the prices up as he wishes. He was also very rude when I asked him about the price. I was really shocked how expensive the tobacco was. Thought it was a set price no matter where you buy. Wont go there again.

Disgusting customer service. Had a good day, got home no electricity and my cash card had stopped working so I asked them if he could charge my card first and then put the electric on my key. Blank face and just kept saying cash only whilst patronisingly telling me to calm down (I was completely calm but out of breath as I have a heart condition). Was unfortunate as all other places seem to do this except this one in my neighbourhood. Bad luck comes in threes it would seem, AVOID!!
