UPS delivered a parcel to them for me and I was not aware of this until 4 days later when I went into collect it as it originally was meant to be delivered on the 19th but got delivered early on the 16th. When I went in the man said he did not have it and that the UPS driver has been refusing to deliver parcels and just drop them to him. I called UPS and what had actually happened is mine along with several other parcels were handed back to the driver because we had taken too long to collect them but we also apparently all went in and refused our parcels? They need to be banned from being a collection point as they are meant to hold parcels for up to 14 days and mine said they would hold it until the 26th.

This place is OUTRAGEOUS. They don't keep your Evri parcels safe, they just leave them at the back and tell you to go and rummage (you could nick anything) through dozens and dozens of parcels (GDPR) to find yours. When I said it was outrageous and that I could steal anything and they wouldn't know. He said he is 'helping the customers offering this service' - Don't offer a service (that you get paid for!) if you don't want to do it, you're not doing people a favour. See owners responses to other reviews below - he actually does think he is doing people a favour! It may be a nominal amount from Evri that they get, but the increased footfall and people buying stuff when they come to grab their parcels, is where they make the money back. They also keep meat filled samosa on the counter, unrefrigerated, in an old, uncovered icecream tub....

My parcel was supposed to be delivered there for collection and got return to sender since they refused to accept it.

Supposed to be an Evri package less return provider. Guy mocked me and refused to serve me saying I needed to buy packaging from him. They need to remove themselves as an Evri service if they cant even provide this service.
