        Absolutely disgraceful staff members at your sutherland Road store Brighton, they have a new cash machine so I asked if it was OK to use, after being told yes I proceed to use the machine only for it to swallow my card. When I asked a member of staff for help I was told to go ask someone else because she couldn't be bothered to deal with it. I then ask someone else for advice only to be told my card will be automatically destroyed when the machine is open and that I shouldn't have used it in the first place as there was no money inside. Now I was previously told I was welcome to use it so why AFTER my card was taken was I told not to use it. I will never give u my customer again as your staff were very rude and unhelpful.
