We have now worked with Kai for a number of years and have just received planning approval for a site, spanning over 3 stages of separate planning applications and totaling time invested of just over a year. We achieved approval for all applications on this site, completely maximising the available opportunity. However, Kai has continued to support us over the duration of all applications, which ultimately resulted in the success of each. THANKYOU Whaleback. If I had 10 stars you would get them. Molly McClean has been a superstar in terms of her knowledge, efficiency and eye for detail and in all her work with our community (as we plan an opposition to a development). Having her on board has been the best possible support we could have had . We even found Whaleback's fees have been very reasonable and the best way we could have possibly spent Crowdfunded money :) The whole community is very grateful for the awesome service they have provided. Kai couldnt have been more helpful in getting our planning permission. It was also completed in good time.

Highly recommend. Jon at Whaleback was instrumental in us getting planning permission for a loft, side and rear extension that had previously been refused. Jon was patient and provided great advice and kept us informed throughout the process. A highly professional service which I would use again to take the stress out of the planning process.
