Black Sheep Utilities Ltd

Have an ongoing complaint with them and they are currently ignoring all my messages and emails even though they have been seen. I have requested copies of my transcripts. Under the right of access provision of the Data Protection Act 2018, any individual can request to hear and/or receive a copy of call recordings that they are involved in. They still refuse to do so. Please take my advice stay clear of Black Sheep Utilities I know I am not the only one in this situation

We have been using Black Sheep Utilities for our business gas & electricity for a few years now and have always found them to be helpful & understanding of our needs. Our account manager Stephanie ONeill is always willing to sort out any issues we may have & is very approachable & professional.

I have a few business utility contracts with Black Sheep- customer service is excellent - Eva P was very repsonsive to my query with Eon who were billiing me for over 6 months even though I had let them Asked Black Sheep to sort out and Eva was on it - resolved in days !

A cold call trying to be put through to owner as if a conversation had previously been had, I can only assume data has been leaked to this company....avoid obviously.
