We are 14 months over our completion date and still waiting for the work to be finished and the completion pack to be issued.

We commissioned DMB to undertake some building works at our house in Hove a few months ago and I am very happy with the service and team. There were a few other builders who quoted but I just didn't get a good feeling about their company and their track record.

Would leave zero stars if I could. Ask yourselves this if you are considering DMB, why do the company directors James Powell and Chris Bibb have such restricted Linked In profiles? Why do the positive reviews here all come from people who have only written one review? Why do all the negative reviews have so many more likes? Why have over 20 people complained to Trading Standards about DMB this year? Why do their contracts require all the money in advance of the project being completed? Why do their stage one designs not have any actual measurements? How can a DMB Victims Support group with over 120 members exist on Facebook? Why are contractors taking them to court for unpaid work and having judgements upheld against them? Your reply clearly shows an inability to contest any of these questions and should serve as further warning to anyone taken in by your false advertising. How's that for relevance? PS the managing director James Powell (while we are on the subject of notorious villians) seems to have no issues leaving negative reviews for businesses he hasn't used so you reap what you sow Powell.
