David Howells Builders Ltd

Dave Howells is easily the best buider I've EVER come across. He's really good! Very reliable and conscientious, a total perfectionist and brilliant at finding cost-effective solutions. I had a large but very delapidated studio in my garden which he has now utterly transformed with Heritage style windows/doors, new panelling, repaired GPS roof, new "secret" concealed guttering, wiring and plumbing. All work completed on time and to budget. The joists turned out to be totally rotten so he installed a new floor as well. Fantastic builder. Five stars in every possible way.

Dave stands out from all other builders I have known by his honesty, his determination to get the job done properly, and his total commitment to delivering the best possible customer care. He never cuts corners, has a really fantastic work ethic and he even once came round at 7pm on a Saturday evening to fix a small problem for me. He is a builder you can trust, who really knows his stuff, but is always open to exploring new options and products. He is a cheerful presence around your house, doesn't ask you for parking vouchers and doesn't want endless cups of tea or coffee but does enjoy home made cake! Because he is good he is busy, but he is definitely worth waiting for. I can't recommend highly enough.

Dave is not your average builder, or at least not in my previous experience. A true professional, who genuinely cares about his workmanship. He is extremely thorough and his attention to detail, even towards the end of a project is second to none. He has a professional team who are polite, trustworthy and always leave the job at the end of the day spotless. He has just completed a total bedroom, dressing room and en-suite refurbishment for us and we are about to undertake a major kitchen extension with him shortly. I cant recommend him enough, its been an absolute pleasure to work with him and were very much looking forward to the next phase of works.
