Fenice Design + Build

We have an 1820s house that has needed significant refurbishment. We first engaged Adam and his team in 2018 to revamp the lower floors and from 2020 for the rest of the house. This was a major renovation including new kitchen, UFH, stairs, windows, terraces, AV etc. Final issues were sorted this year. As project manager Adam did a great job in managing the various contractors - and in ensuring that snags got fixed afterwards. Adam was always professional, friendly and on time (a key attribute missing for most people in the building trade), and had great ideas as to how to best solve the many problems we came across. Adam's colleague Brendan is the best guy in town for fixing things that naturally go wrong in a Regency house !

This is the second time we have used Adam and his team for a major building project and clearly that shows a level of confidence! We were not disappointed. His personal commitment to our project was excellent as was his attention to detail. He uses excellent trades and we had full confidence in them. Adam and team did a great job building a 60 sq m Ground Floor extension on our 1930s house. They competently took on several design changes during the build including creative solutions to drainage, re-roofing work and changing floor heights. We found them great to work with, and highly recommend Fenice. Our neighbours were so impressed they booked Fenice for their build!

We had a large extension built which disrupted most of the ground floor of our house, but we still wanted to live there throughout. Fenice were very effective and supportive of our wishes, they built us a great temporary kitchen, and ensured there was minimal disruption to essential services throughout the project. The craftsmen were uniformly of high quality and professional. Now its finished we absolutely love it!! Thank you Fenice!

Fenice are a professional firm who designed and built a two storey extension to our home, on time and on budget. Adam's wealth of design experience was critical for smooth planning approval and ensuring the new home flowed seamlessly from the existing. The team maintained momentum through Covid19 and flexibly scheduled (and rescheduled) craftsmen to ensure the build was completed on time. They engaged throughout to keep us informed and involved in decision making. Without exception the Fenice team and all subcontractors have been excellent - faultless work completed to a high standard, experienced builders with creative solutions to solve problems, and really friendly people who have been a pleasure to work with.
