Many thanks to Chris Smith, a few years ago I got a mini laptop from Kuwait, however it didn't have any instructions with it. I took it to Jordan with me a few months later, but couldn't get the wi-fi to work when I was there. When I got home o/h, an engineer, looked at it but couldn't find out what was wrong, so it stayed unused for a couple of years. I retrieved it yesterday from under a huge pile of papers, still wouldn't work, so, like everyone, I decided to ask on facebook for help. Great, Chris Smith posted that he would have alook at it, so I took it to him and within seconds he had restored my wi-fi!!! Thank you, thank you so much Chris, you have absolutely made my day!

LJE are accessible and approachable and speak in clear understandable terms. Their approach in using open source software is an eye opener and makes one realise just how much we have become shackled by the software giants. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
