Hey, so about this repair laptop. I say bad. Because broken my laptop. And when I come to back and ask, about my laptop, one staff say I done my self broke I told him my laptop is new, him say no you broke, I cant believe, this repair

Called ahead to see if they had what I wanted! Guy was very helpful and got it out on the counter ready for me to drive down! Great service

They had never heard of a roller ball mouse. The shop was just full of boxes, all closed so you can't see what is in them.

I brought a broken laptop with many gigs of not-backed-up data in on Wednesday and spoke to Talha, who was very helpful. He tried to power it on and had the same result as me - a couple of lights came on but no responsiveness and even the bios wouldn't come up. He said it could be the motherboard, but he would have a look for me. I also told him about the data and asked if he could save as much as possible onto an external SSD I'd also brought with me. He said he would do his best, which is all I can ask. He called, then texted me yesterday (Thursday, I missed the call) to let me know that it was in fact the motherboard but that he had been able to rescue all my data! I had had that looming feeling that my computer was done for, but I am so happy that he was able to save all my files, pictures, music, everything. (I asked about a replacement motherboard too, for the record, but it's not really feasible.) Talha has also been really lovely throughout. Great customer service skills, very friendly and just all around good guy. It's a shame my laptop gave in in such a permanent way, but honestly I'm just happy Talha was able to rescue all my digital creative pursuits (among other things!) :) 5 stars, Two thumbs up, all the good things. Will definitely bring any future computer problems there too.
