Emailed Digital Doctors about my sons lagging (his words) and slow desktop computer! John emailed explaining possible reasons and solutions to these issues, then arranged to visit to look at the PC within a day. John took the PC to give it a very good clean and brought it back the same day, reassuring me that the PC needed no updates/upgrades as yet, also explaining about possible future needs and options for the PC if and when needed. John was very friendly and didn't use any computer/technical jargon. I would highly recommend Digital Doctors and will certainly use them again, thank you.

Digital Doctors have provided constant support and invaluable advice for years. They helped me find the right equipment and installed it, and since then have been in touch regularly to monitor and carry out updates as well as sort out some serious problems very quickly.
