        Amazing sauna experience. I have long covid and combined it with an ayurvedic massage with Helen Nestor ( you get a discount when booking both) it was clean, sanitary and private. Amazing experience and felt relaxed and rejuvenated afterwards. I would highly recommend.

        Such an affordable treat! I tried the far infra red sauna and then massage, to help with my Dis Eases and need for detox and cleansing...1 hour each for 50. Very relaxed. Friendly. Alternative healing with experienced and professionals. I felt healed, relaxed and cleansed more so than most other alternative therapies. Highly recommended.
